Up is a specialist executive search boutique focused on the digital, mobile and technology sectors.  We have built an exceptional, international senior talent pool through our differentiated, network-based approach and focus on investing in long-term relationships.  In addition to executive search, we host frequent invite-only networking events.  These bring together high-profile digital/technology investors, entrepreneurs and executives and can be any size from breakfast roundtables to larger events with well known guest speakers and panels.

We work with a wide range of fascinating businesses, UK and international, going through growth or transformation.  These range from venture capital-backed start-ups/SMEs to mid-sized private equity-backed or AIM-listed companies and on to leading global corporates: both pure-plays as well as traditional businesses.

Up typically builds the senior management teams across all functions; hence placements have included CEO, COO, CFO, CTO, CMO, CPO, CCO as well as VPs/Directors of Marketing, Business Development, Product, Technology, Finance, Operations and Strategy.  Given our relationships with a wide range of international VC and PE firms, we also have helped build their investment teams.
